Mature leylandii to be removed for fencing. 

Once trees felled,damage to rear retaining wall is evident.

Foundations have been undermined and all retaining requires replacement
All tree roots are removed and new foundations laid. Heavy concrete blocks used for retaining wall (note weep holes in base of wall). Fence can then be erected as originally planned
